If you have questions about your order, production, or delivery, you may find the answer here.

  • All Rock n Lobster items are made to order using print-on-demand production.

    Production time:

    2–7 business days

    Estimated shipping times:

    Europe — 3–10 business days

    USA & Canada — 5–12 business days

    International — 7–20 business days

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

  • We produce each item after you order it, rather than holding large stock.

    This helps us:

    • Reduce waste

    • Produce responsibly

    • Create items specifically for each customer

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

    If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam folder.

  • Because production begins quickly after purchase, it may not always be possible to cancel or modify an order.

    If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    Include:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the issue

    We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Because each item is custom printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind

    Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

  • Yes, Rock n Lobster ships to many countries worldwide.

    Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

    International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

  • To keep your Rock n Lobster pieces looking their best:

    • Wash inside out

    • Use cold water

    • Avoid high heat drying

    • Do not iron directly on the print
