All products are produced after an order is placed and shipped directly to customers through our print and fulfillment partners.

Rock n Lobster operates using a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is produced specifically for you after purchase.

Because of this:

● Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

● Delivery times depend on your location and shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Rock n Lobster is not responsible for delays caused by:

● Shipping carriers

● Customs processing

● Weather or logistical disruptions

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

● Change of mind

However, we will gladly assist if your item arrives:

● Defective

● Incorrect

If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

These variations are normal and not considered defects.
